Watercolour-mania
Contemporary exhibit of watercolours on paper and paintings on porcelain caught with transparent brushstrokes and with the same inspiration.

Magical Herend: petals and dreams of an ancient and modern porcelain Manufactory
Where the decorations follow the long path that binds together tradition to contemporary design, Herend, the largest worldwide porcelain manufactory, presents to the visitors of the X Convention Azzurra its extraordinary painted masterpieces and introduces itself also with the skills of one of its masterpainters, Mr.Tamas Vecsey, who will attend the event with demonstrations and workshops. Some unique Herend items will be sold to the benefit of the terapeutic Community Oasi 2.

The peonys of the Empire
The wonderful painters of the Art University of Suzh0u will paint on linen and precious silks, magnificent floral motifs in harmony with beautiful assorted plates painted by the best Italian artists on porcelain.

A concert of artistical vases
Show in the show, many vases painted by the best known italian and foreign artists, will be the core of a wonderful exhibition. Objects of the same type but so different in shapes and decorations will astonish the visitors.

An important guest: Tatiana Levescot (Switzerland)
Tatiana Levescot, poliedric swiss painter will be the guest artist. Portaits, flowers, technical finishings will be explained during her frequent performances.

"Trofeo Azzurro"
Saturday, may 24th an international jury will award the "Trofeo Azzurro" and many other important prizes.

Master in the Fine Art of China Painting
Graduation Ceremony for the students that have completed the first two years of the Master Program: 24.05.08 at 6,30 p.m.
